Fenix TK09 Review in 2020
It is essential to keep a flashlight in your car nowadays. You don’t want to be stranded on the road at night-time when your car breaks down.
The first thing you would do when your car breaks down is to lift the hood and have a look to see what's wrong. There is a good chance that the light inside the engine doesn't work that usually happens when a car breaks down.
An emergency flashlight helps your vision, whether the problem is beneath the hood, or if you want to change your car’s tires. You would know how difficult it can get when you’re looking for something small you dropped in your car. You don't want to lose your ring now, do you?
Introduction to Fenix TK09:
It’s a compact-sized flashlight that you can carry in your pocket. I would not mind calling it a star in my pocket. If you're looking for a reliable, powerful compact flashlight, this is the one I would recommend.
Like any other thing, there is more than one type of flashlight in the market. One of which is a tactical flashlight. A Tactical flashlight is used in conjunction with firearms to help the bearer illuminate the target and fire simultaneously without having to hold the light themselves.
It is used by law enforcement personnel in top-secret tasks, or in pursuit of a criminal(s) when there is no guarantee of where the situation might go. The Tactical lights are designed to perform in rough environments; you don't want to see your one hope to see your target in the dark failing. It has to be tough; it has to be consistent, and it has to be reliable. Fenix TK09 is what defines these things. Read this Fenix TK09 Review full to know more about it.

Why Fenix TK09:
This Fenix TK09 Review tells you that The one thing which spares Fenix TK09 from its competitors is its robustness. This Fenix TK09 Review will tell you more about it. Fenix TK09 is hardcore. Extreme harsh conditions don't stop it from doing what its job. When you plan an adventure, you want something as severe as you are to accompany you, which won't give up until you do (which would never be).
You want it to be friendly and fierce. That is where Fenix TK09 stands out. It will handle everything you throw at it, or nature throws at it. Water doesn't stop it. It is IPX-8 waterproof (2m underwater). There's only one thing that can stop this thing from working, turning it off. It won't go off until you turn it off.
About the product:
Fenix TK09 has three modes of power, and a strode-mode, depending on how strong a beam you need. 1st mode is Low, which gives you approximately 37 hours of on time at the full battery at 50 output lumens. 2nd mode is Med; this mode gives you about 4 hours and 55 mins of on time at the full battery at 450 output lumens. 3rd mode is High; this mode gives you 1 hour and 25 mins of on time at 900 output lumens.
What are lumens, you ask? Lumen is an SI derived unit of luminous flux; it's a measure of the total quantity of visible light produced by a source per unit of time. The lumen can be thought of generally as a measure of the total volume of visible light in some defined angle or beam, or produced from some source
The interface of Fenix TK09 is very user-friendly. It fashions a tail-cap power switch, which also allows you to switch between modes. Although the switching between modes is not super convenient, it does not disappoint.
You have to press the tail-cap switch to turn the light on/off. To use momentary-on, you have to tap on the tail-cap switch gently. To transit between the modes, you have to press the switch twice and quickly.
It will take you through all the modes in order from higher to lower and strode. You have to fully press the switch when you find the mode you want; that will keep on the light.
The Fenix TK09 produces 900 lumens of light in high and strode modes. Such a significant volume of lumens generates a lot of energy and heat. The temperature keeps climbing as long as the flashlight is in that mode.
Extreme temperature can cause damage to the inside of the light or make it difficult to hold. Nobody wants a fireball in their hand. Thankfully Fenix TK09 has a function called overheat protection
It automatically cycles down to Med mode after staying on High mode for 5 mins or longer. To switch back to High mode, you can reset the light.
